This episode has everything: Weird anti-time shit; angry peasants; a flamboyant omnipotent antagonist; and Picard, who's pretty awesome.
As far as weird time shit goes, this episode stands proud among TNG, and sci-fi in general. Alternate timelines, timestream manipulation, angry peasants, you name it. All Good Things also boasts the only known use of Anti-Time as a plot device, which might be a bit more impressive if anyone knew how that worked.
